I work with universities, colleges and science-based organisations on curriculum development, professional development, teaching and learning , and educational change. I also design and facilitate development processes that help teams work through complex questions and make shared choices.
The work ranges from a single workshop or facilitated session to longer programmes and collaborations.

Building SoTL capacity 2026–2027
A university-wide programme designed to strengthen SoTL across different levels. The collaboration combines a two-day SoTL Ambassadors programme, professional development for educational developers, a SoTL Masterclass for educators, and a series of online follow-up sessions.

SoTL Masterclass · 2026
An interactive SoTL Masterclass for educators, prospective students and members of the wider SoTL community. Participants worked with their own teaching and learning questions, developing them into focused, manageable SoTL projects and learning from each other along the way.
NRO / NKO, The Netherlands
Making SoTL accessible · 2025
Together with colleagues, I developed a practical Dutch-language resource on SoTL for higher education, commissioned by NRO (now NKO). The collaboration also included a conference session and webinar, making SoTL accessible to a wider group of educators.

Students as Partners · 2025
An interactive workshop exploring how students can become genuine partners in teaching and educational development. Participants worked with the principles behind Students as Partners and explored practical ways to involve students in shaping and improving education in their own context.
